Shipping policy
- All orders are charged a flat fee of $15 CAD, with shipping becoming FREE when your order is greater than $150 CAD before applicable taxes.
- All orders are shipped via ground shipping, and should be received in 5 - 9 business days from date of shipping.
- We ship from Vancouver, B.C.
- Orders that are received before 1PM PST Monday - Friday will be shipped on the day received, all orders received after that cutoff will be shipped out the next day. This shipping timing is subject to volume constraints and is not a guarantee.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation containing the details of the order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folders or contact our team for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at shop@slamgoods.ca. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
- Please review any information entered in the process of making your purchase. SLAM Goods Canada is not responsible for for non-delivery or delays due to errors in the information that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (less the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.
